This notice explains how CSM Digital handles information you provide when you contact us or request an appointment.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or make a booking, we may collect your name, business name, role, work email address and business phone number. You may also choose to provide your website and information about your business-development goals.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether our services may be suitable, arrange and manage the appointment you request, keep accurate business records and protect our systems from misuse. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically enrol you in unrelated or ongoing marketing.
Service providers
We use GoHighLevel to manage enquiry and appointment records and Google Workspace and Google Calendar for business communication and scheduling. These providers may process or store information outside Australia under their own privacy and security arrangements.
Access and disclosure
Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for the purposes described above. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights or with your permission. We do not sell enquiry information.
Retention and security
We take reasonable steps to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We retain enquiry and booking information only for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant business purpose and applicable record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it where practical.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct information we hold about you, cancel an appointment, withdraw your permission to be contacted about an enquiry or raise a privacy concern. Some information may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal record keeping.
